Two New 3U VPX Power Supplies per VITA 62
Vadatech announces VPX021 and VPX023
Henderson, NV – April 14, 2025 – VadaTech, a leading manufacturer of integrated systems, embedded boards, enabling software and application-ready platforms, announces VPX021 and VPX023.
VPX021 is a power module per VITA 62. VPX021 is designed for 3U VPX systems and provides +12V, +5V, +3.3V, -12V_AUX, +12V_AUX and +3.3V_AUX to the backplane. Up to four VPX021 could be utilized for parallel operation and/or redundancy.
VPX023 is a power module per VITA 62. VPX023 is designed for 3U VPX systems and provides +12V and +3.3V_AUX to the backplane as defined by the SOSA standard. Up to four VPX023 could be utilized for parallel operation and/or redundancy.
Both modules have dedicated health management per VITA46.11 and interfaces to the backplane using dual IPMI buses. The modules have ENABLE, INHBIT, FAIL, Geographic address, and SYSRESET connections to the backplane.
Additionally, the modules are designed to meet the following MIL-STDs:
- MIL-STD-704F
- MIL-STD-461G
- MIL-STD-810G
- MIL-STD-1275E
