SOFI Modules
Below you find a selection of available SOFI modules. SOFI (SERDES Optimized FPGA Interface) is a vendor standard of Vadatech based on VITA 57 (same FMC connector). Each SOFI product comprises a carrier including front panel and one or more SOFI modules.
FPGA, memory and IPMI interface are included in the carrier, whilst the SOFI module features ADCs, DACs, or RF transceivers.
By integrating different combinations of carrier and SOFI module, we are able to offer a versatile range of high-performance products.

Octal RF Transceiver, SOFI Module
- Octal wideband Transceiver, 300 MHz to 6 GHz, using four AD9371
- Transmit synthesis bandwidth to 250 MHz
- Two Observation Receiver, one Sniffer Receiver
- Clock from onboard Wideband PLL or direct RF clock

- Quad ADC 14-bit @ 3 GSPS (dual AD9208), with option to support up to eight channels*

- Separate direct front-panel clocking for ADC and DAC
- Onboard clock buffers with ultralow phase noise
